Good Communicators

Are Great Leaders

Real leaders need to be Articulate. While society shows many examples of a maverick entrepreneur whose bark and bite were equally ferocious, the world actually turns on relationships. Those that make the biggest impact are the ones who know how to both listen thoughtfully to others and clearly advocate for their own point of view.

Whether Fay students are writing a research paper today or sending an email at work 10 years from now, speaking with their classmates or presenting in front of the United Nations, the pillars of communications are the same and they are skills young people need to develop from the start.
