As a School and community, we take great pride in the outcomes we create for our students. However, these outcomes would be nearly impossible without a team effort from teachers and Fay staff who ensure our students are engaged, cared for, and poured into each day they arrive on campus.
We hope Fay's parents take comfort in knowing that Fay's teachers and staff are well-prepared to guide their child(ren) and our school to personal and academic success. However, this is not by coincidence. Student success results from recruiting talented teachers and staff and investing in their growth and development as professionals.
We have allocated part of our Annual Fund to investing in Professional Development for Fay Teachers and Staff so that we may continue to live out our vision of deliberately building and educating the next generation of leaders for our world. While our students are on their learning journeys, our faculty and staff have also dedicated themselves to be lifelong learners so we may continue to provide on our promises as a school.

These experiences are invaluable and allow Fay faculty and staff to invigorate our processes and curriculum with new and innovative ideas to benefit all of our students. These learning experiences will continue to be a priority for Fay as we plan for the future.
