Dear Parents,

“What kind of leader do you envision your son or daughter becoming?” is one of the first questions we love to ask prospective parents when they visit our campus.

At The Fay School, we empower your child to become a leader of the future.  When you visit us, you will immediately learn how we leverage our rigorous curriculum and our dynamic Leadership Development Program to equip your child with the skills necessary to lead at Fay and in the future.

Leadership Development at The Fay School is grounded in emotional intelligence, and along with our academic curriculum, it ensures that your child and our alumni are prepared, well-rounded, and articulate.  At The Fay School, your child will develop their emotional intelligence by grappling with these monthly leadership themes:

Self-Awareness Self-Concept
Managing Feelings Decision Making
Group Dynamics Managing Stress
Empathy Communication
Personal Responsibility Conflict Resolution

While leadership looks different at various stages in your child’s development, at Fay we celebrate your child as they learn and mature into a future leader of the world.  We would love to discuss with you how your child begins their leadership journey at the age of three and to show you how our graduates use the skills acquired at Fay to achieve success here and beyond.

We are eager to hear about your hopes and dreams for your child’s educational experience, so please reach out to me to arrange a time to visit campus.
