MISSION STATEMENT
The Fay School is a non-denominational, not-for-profit, co-educational school in which children of diverse talents and backgrounds, with average to above average academic abilities are offered a high quality education in a secure, nurturing and academically challenging environment. Here children learn and grow intellectually, physically, socially, ethically and artistically and develop self-confidence and a lifelong love of learning through an active partnership among educators, parents and students.

Prepared
We prepare students for entrance into and success within Houston's finest middle and upper schools. We believe our students are capable of reaching their full potential as we nurture each child and encourage individual success. As our students graduate, their exceptional experience at Fay serves as the foundation for their future success. Our students thrive in Middle School and they do so with a strength of character and self-earnest that serves them for a lifetime.
Well-Rounded
Our students are grounded in an appreciation of community, family, and nature to help build their emotional intelligence and establish their place in the world. At Fay, the voices and passions of teachers, students, parents, and the community come together to support a child that understand his/her gift of making a positive contribution, including an understanding and appreciation of the importance of nature in the development of a child's spirit and connection with the world around him/her.
Articulate
We believe communication is paramount to success and we ensure our students can freely articulate their values and aspirations. At Fay, success is found in teaching our children to be discerning in their own communications and posed and comfortable interacting with others. It is the philosophy of The Fay School to enroll families, not just students.
