Grade Specific Application Procedures

Age Requirements

Applicants for the Early Childhood Program for 2013 – 2014 school year must be three years old prior to August 15, 2013.

Applicants for the Prekindergarten Program for 2013 – 2014 school year must be four years old prior to August 15, 2013.     

Group Visits

All applicants for Early Childhood and Prekindergarten are invited to attend a group visit. The one hour group visit is offered in a classroom setting with other same age applicants.

 The Admission Office will schedule your child for a one hour group visit on one of the following Saturdays:

• Saturday, January 12th - 8:00 am-12:00 pm
• Saturday, January 26th - 8:00 am-12:00 pm
• Saturday, February 2nd - 8:00 am-12:00 pm
• Saturday, February 12th - 8:00 am-12:00 pm

Teacher Recommendations

Please download (pdf) and sign this confidential form and give it to your child’s current teacher.  

In order to give the teacher more time to get to know the applicant better, we ask that teachers not complete this form before December 1.  The recommendations are due by January 30, 2013.

Your child’s application cannot be processed until this form is received by the Admissions Office.
